Exchange & Return
In any case, we hope that you are satisfied with our products and services. If you change your mind about the purchased product, within 7 days of purchase and meet the following terms, we will provide you with a return and exchange service.
- Since the watch is a valuable item, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, the product bag has not been opened, the packaging is intact, the product has not been used, and does not affect the secondary sale, you can contact our customer service to apply for a return or exchange. Shipping costs need to be borne by you.
- To ensure that the goods you send back are intact, it is recommended to use trackable Express. We do not accept any courier delivery, and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the package.
- Please check the order information before placing the order. The order cannot be cancelled after the product is sent. It does not support the modification of the product and the delivery address, and the rejection is not supported. Please check before the purchase and payment.
- When receiving the goods, you must be on site when the courier delivery. If you find damage or omissions, you have the right to let the courier take back the goods and redeliver it. Please take a photo and contact our customer service immediately. If you sign for the receipt, then prove that the goods are intact and complete. Subsequent compensation for missing, damaged items, return or exchanges will not be accepted.
The Following Conditions & Situations Will Not Be Processed
- The packaging box and bag has been opened. The returned goods are not original products after our inspection.
- The product has been used.
- Any damage to any part of the watch caused by abnormal use, abuse, carelessness, negligence, accident (impact, knock, squeeze, surface damage and others), improper use, failure to follow the instructions.
- Products and accessories (watch boxes, warranty cards, manuals, papers etc.) are incomplete, scratched, or damaged.
